What it is
A Prompt Template is a reusable, data-aware prompt built in Salesforce Prompt Builder that merges live CRM data into AI instructions at runtime. Instead of hardcoding prompts, you create templates with merge fields that resolve to actual record data — account names, case details, opportunity amounts — when the prompt executes.
