What is changing with Salesforce and AI?
Salesforce is opening up to outside AI. Salesforce and Anthropic announced Claudeforce on August 26, 2026, bringing Salesforce data and workflows into Claude. Salesforce Multi-Framework went GA on July 16, 2026, so React apps now run natively in your org. AI can work with Salesforce directly now, which makes deciding the rules more urgent.
